ITINERARY
Day 1
Morning (08:00 AM Start): Drive to Khustai Nuruu National Park, home to the world’s last wild horses, the Takhi (Przewalski's horse). Upon arrival, embark on a hiking adventure to spot these majestic animals in their natural habitat. Enjoy the peaceful beauty of the rolling hills and grasslands.
Visit a local nomadic family, where you’ll immerse yourself in Mongolian culture. Take part in traditional activities such as milking cows, interacting with baby sheep, and crafting wool accessories alongside your hosts. Lunch
late Afternoon: Experience an hour-long horseback ride, following the same trails used by Mongolian herders for centuries. Soak in the vast landscapes as you ride through the steppe.
Evening: Enjoy a traditional Mongolian dinner with your nomadic hosts before settling into a ger (yurt) stay, where you’ll experience the authentic nomadic lifestyle overnight.
Day 2
Morning: Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a homemade Mongolian breakfast with your host family. Take some time to walk around the open countryside and soak in the last moments of rural Mongolian life.
- Midday: Drive back toward Ulaanbaatar, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant along the way.
- Afternoon Arrival: Reach Ulaanbaatar and drop off at your hotel or preferred location, marking the end of your unforgettable adventure in Khustai National Park.
